Route delivery
We run two route trucks every Tuesday and Friday covering western Kentucky, western Tennessee, southern Illinois, southern Indiana, and eastern Missouri. Customers on a route receive orders on our equipment with no freight charge.
LTL freight
Pallet orders outside our route footprint ship LTL through our carrier partners. Freight is quoted with each order and added to your invoice at cost.
Parcel
Smaller orders ship UPS Ground from Almo. Most parcel orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same business day.
Lead times
- Stock items: ship within 1 business day.
- Custom corrugated: 7–10 business days after proof approval.
- Custom-printed tape and labels: 14–21 business days.
- Special-order equipment: 5–10 business days.
Returns
Unopened cases or rolls of stock product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for full credit. Custom items, opened cases, and special-order equipment are non-returnable. Call us before sending anything back — we'll issue an RMA number.
Damage claims
If your shipment arrives damaged, note it on the freight bill at delivery, take photos, and call us within 48 hours. We handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
