- Do you have minimum orders?
- No minimum order on most stocked consumables — you can buy a single roll of tape or a single case of cartons. Custom items have minimums that vary by product.
- Do you ship outside Kentucky and Tennessee?
- Yes — our regular route trucks cover KY, TN, IN, MO, and IL. Outside those states we ship by common carrier LTL or parcel; freight is quoted with each order.
- What payment terms do you offer?
- First-time customers pay by credit card, ACH, or check. After three on-time orders, we extend net-30 terms with a credit application.
- Can I open a wholesale account?
- Yes. Call or email and we'll send a one-page credit application. Most accounts are approved within two business days.
- How fast is delivery?
- Most in-stock orders ship within one business day. If you're on our Tuesday/Friday route, you'll receive within 1–4 days depending on your zip.
- Do you stock private-label or generic film?
- We stock industry-standard manufacturer products. We don't private-label, but we'll match a competing spec exactly if you send us the existing product code.
- Can I return product I don't end up using?
- Yes, within 30 days on unopened cases or rolls. Custom-printed or custom-cut items are non-returnable. See our Shipping Info page for details.
- Do you stock recycled-content packaging?
- Yes — 30% post-consumer recycled stretch film, recycled-content corrugated, biodegradable starch peanuts, and FSC-certified kraft on request.
- Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?
- We're a B2B wholesale supplier. Most orders are to businesses, but we don't turn away the occasional contractor or small-shop owner.
- Can I see product samples before ordering?
- Yes. Tell us the SKU and we'll ship a sample of most items at no charge.
- Do you offer vendor-managed inventory?
- Yes. We label your shelves, set min/max levels, and do monthly cycle counts. There's no separate fee — it's part of our service for regular customers.
- Do you have a printed catalog?
- We don't print a paper catalog (it goes out of date). Browse this site or call and we'll send a PDF spec sheet on whatever category you need.
- How do I get on your route truck?
- Call us and tell us your address. If you're on or near an existing route, we'll add you. Otherwise we'll ship LTL or parcel.
- Do you provide invoices in writing?
- Yes — emailed PDF invoices and printed paper copies on request. We can also send statements monthly.
